Dashboard Overview

The Notifly analytics dashboard is at Analytics in the dashboard. What you see depends on your plan — Free merchants see overview stats and a channel breakdown, Basic adds demand analytics, and Pro adds conversion tracking, channel performance, subscriber growth, and XLSX export.

The top row shows four summary cards covering your store’s all-time data:

MetricWhat it means
Total NotificationsNumber of products added to Notifly, with active and paused counts
Total SubscribersUnique subscriber records, broken down by verified, unverified, and unsubscribed
Active SubscriptionsCurrent active subscriptions across all products and channels
Total DeliveriesAll-time notification sends, broken down by sent and failed

Below the overview stats, the Usage Summary card shows your current billing period’s message usage — how many notifications have been sent, your plan limit, and how many days remain in the period.

If notifications were blocked due to hitting your quota limit, a warning banner appears here with a count of blocked sends.

The Channel Breakdown table shows subscriptions and deliveries split by email, SMS, and WhatsApp. This gives a quick read on which channels your customers are using.

The Product Demand table shows your top products ranked by subscriber count. For each product it shows:

  • Number of unique subscribers waiting
  • Current price
  • Potential revenue (subscribers × current price)
  • Trigger type (back-in-stock, price drop, or both)

This helps identify which out-of-stock or high-priced products have the most pent-up demand.

Pro merchants see a second row of summary cards showing performance over the last 30 days:

MetricWhat it means
Recovered RevenueTotal product revenue from orders attributed to a notification
ConversionsNumber of orders placed within 7 days of receiving a notification
Conversion RateConversions divided by successful deliveries
Avg Order ValueAverage order value of converted purchases

The Conversions by Product table breaks down conversions and recovered revenue per product for the last 30 days, including a per-product conversion rate.

Two side-by-side cards show channel-level detail for the last 30 days:

  • Channel Distribution — percentage of sends per channel with a visual bar
  • Channel Success Rates — sent vs failed counts and success rate percentage per channel

A line chart showing new subscribers added per day over the last 30 days.
